We do not accept exchanges through shipping/delivery companies. We are not responsible for shipping fees if an order gets returned to us for any reason. Please contact us if you have any shipping-related questions or issues.

Note: Personalized orders (e.g., Create Your Own Piece) may require 2–7 business days for delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation by email.

Worldwide Shipping

Express international shipping is available and typically takes 5–7 business days.

International Shipping

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and selected courier. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or service fees. These are determined by your local authorities, and Peace Pieces has no control over them. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information, as such charges are non-refundable and cannot be covered by us.

Delivery & Tracking Information

The delivery times listed are standard estimates provided by our shipping partners and do not include weekends, holidays, or unexpected delays (e.g., courier strikes, severe weather, postal errors, lockdowns, traffic disruptions, or conflict zones).

Once your order is packed and shipped:

• You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation via email.

• A tracking number will be sent once the courier picks up and scans your package.

• You can track your shipment at any time using the provided tracking link.

If you experience a delay or issue during transit, please contact the courier directly for updates or to resolve address-related problems.

Our jewelry is made with extra care and love. With proper care, we can guarantee that your pieces can last for a lifetime. It’s always a great idea to simply polish the metal and gemstones of your jewelry using a microfiber cloth (there’s no need to add any cleaning solutions) to remove any residue build ups from daily wear. A good way to remove any visible dirts is by using lukewarm water and mild soap (a soft brush would make it easier for you to clean it in circular motions). Make sure to rinse your jewelry well and use a soft cloth to dry it completely. 

Always put your jewelry back in the supplied jewelry pouch with each item and store it in a dry place.
