Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
All purchases made through our store are considered final. Once an order is placed, we begin preparing it immediately to ensure timely delivery—therefore, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. After that time, we may not be able to make any changes or issue a cancellation.
Custom Orders
All custom or personalized orders are final and non-refundable. Once confirmed, they cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged, as they are made specially for you.
Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may collect either a partial deposit or the full payment, depending on the item. In some cases, we may securely store your payment method and charge the remaining balance once the item is ready for fulfillment.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may request a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances—please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
